Welcome to The Association for Television On-Demand

The Association for Television On-Demand (ATVOD) is the independent regulator committed to protecting consumers of television on demand services provided by its members.

ATVOD sets standards for the industry and enforces them when necessary. If things do go wrong and our members have not dealt with complaints satisfactorily, then we provide a binding appeals process.

Led by an independent Chairman, ATVOD ensures that its members adhere to its Code of Practice and that they have put in place, and maintain, effective ways of protecting children and other consumers from inappropriate material.

This website will tell you more about ATVOD and its members, let you complain online, and explain how ATVOD is working to keep its members' consumers informed and in charge.

Who to complain to

If you have a complaint about content or technical, operations or billing errors for television on demand services, you must go first to your service provider. For a list of ATVOD members, go to the members page.

If you are dissatisfied with how the ATVOD member has dealt with your complaint then you can complain to us.
