If you have a complaint about content or technical, operations or billing errors for television on demand services, you must go first to your service provider. For a list of ATVOD members, go to the members' page.
If you are dissatisfied with how the ATVOD member has dealt with your complaint then you can complain to us. If you or the member are unhappy with ATVOD's decision, the external independent adjudicator will be appointed to hear the complaint. ATVOD has a range of actions that it will apply when complaints are upheld.
